We only stayed there for 1 night before heading out to other cities but we were very impressed. - Early check-in: Our international flight arrived at 6 am and they gave us early check-in so we can rest and refresh from long flight before our sightseeing begins. They said it's not usually guaranteed but they will try to accommodate it if it's available. - Room : Although a bit small to fit 2 luggages, room is actually very comfortable. And the bed, so comfy and we rested very well in it after our long flight and full day of activities. The balcony opens out to get fresh air is good. - Location : So easy to get to and from any where in Sultana Ahmet by walking in a short time, but not too busy or touristy neighborhood. It has a lot of restaurant options around there. - Breakfast : Quality ingredients and fresh. The quality really surprises and delights us. - Facilities: In-door heated swimming pool is nice and foc. But we didn't have chance to try as we only stay for a night. Hotel has rooftop restaurant, and we had dinner there. It offers the nice view of Hagia Sofia and the food is very good !!

We loved everything about this property. The room was lovely, it was quiet at night. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The property is right in the centre of the major tourist sites but what also makes it special is its amenities. The rooftop restaurant has views of the Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus, and the food was excellent. The breakfast also remarkable and generous. It includes a large and hot cold buffet with different kinds of cheese, meat, fruit and pastries. From 2-4 there is a complimentary tea which we highly recommend, a perfect way to unwind after running around. The spa has a really nice pool and workout area, sauna, and a Hammam. You can get a massage, but we highly recommend the Hammam, it is wonderful and the same cost as the massage. Finally, the staff is very knowledgeable about the city and extremely helpful. We had a wonderful week here and I would like to thank the hotel.

I was a bit worried that all the glowing reviews were too good to be true, but indeed the hotel was great. Breakfast had a large selection and was served in the Olive restaurant on the top floor with a great view of the city. The staff at reception were very helpful. The location was great, within walking distance of all central attractions but also near a tram stop if you don’t feel like walking. The rooms were as they appear in the photos, decorated in a local style, a bit tired, but it blended into the old charm of the place.

Stayed 3 nights..Breakfast excellent and worth it, all staff extremely kind and accommodating, close to all the sites, quiet at night, free afternoon tea and goodies. Room was clean and welcoming (and non smoking….a plus in Istanbul) Istanbul is magical and fascinating. It is also crowded (popular) and for us from the US, we are not accustomed to the air pollution and especially the public smoking everywhere. Our room was a wonderful refuge from the hustle and bustle to give us the rest needed to enjoy the next day.,

Great location close to restaurants and shops and only a short 5-10 minute walk to Hagia Sophia in one direction, Grand Bazaar in another and Galata Bridge in another. Hotel is beautifully decorated with a great shower and comfortable bed. The staff were fantastic - especially at breakfast bringing me delicious gluten free bread and pastries (huge thanks to the lovely chef!) I also had a Turkish Hammam in the spa downstairs and we dined in the adjacent restaurant one evening as well. All great!
